We are proud to present you our Newest Function Venue - Third Eye Windsor,for your upcoming event. This is our Special introductory package for Private Functions at Third Eye Windsor located at 515 George St, South Windsor. Indian and Nepalese Package - Valid from 1st Feb 2025 until further notice.

Note: If venue only booking is required please contact us for a quote. Outside caterers will be allowed to serve food.
Price includes
- Menu selection as requested by you.
- Soft drinks on tables.
- White Table clothes
- Standard Table decorations with table runner and centrepiece.
- Decorative Couch for meet and greet
- Backdrop with White curtain and Fairy lights
- Day Function can also be organised for Kids Birthday etc.
- Total Function duration is 5 hours from 6 pm to 11 pm. Venue access for decoration will be open from 3 pm on the day of the party.
Tentative Times:
- No extra charge for hall hire & use of our equipments such as Sound system and dance lights however, booking a DJ is recommended.
Alcohol Service
Additional charge of $150 will apply for BYO service. Drinks can be delivered to the venue after 3:30 pm on the day of the party or the night before. If no BYO or people will buy from the bar, this fee will not be charged.
Weddings with Mandap:
If space is required for Mandap Wedding, Bratabandha, Mundan, Gunyo Choli etc an additional fee of $200/hour will apply plus a cleaning fee of $150 will apply.
Terms & Conditions:
- A deposit of $1000 will be required to hold the booking. Deposit amount is non refundable.
- Dates can be rescheduled if the event date is after at least 6 weeks.
- Balance amount is payable at least 7 days before the event. Please provide final menu selection and Guest numbers (adults and kids) at least 7 days before the event.
- Once Menu and guest number is finalized, guest numbers cannot be reduced if the function is 72 hours (3 days) away or less. If there is going to be an increase in guest number please notify us immediately.
- Any damage to the venue due to the conduct from the host or their guests will be charged to the host. Venue will not take any responsibility for not being able to provide service due to sudden power outage, flooding, storm, gas outage, air condition breakdown etc.
