Our goal is to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and enjoyable experience. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, changes, and refunds related to reservations, food orders, and events.
Cancellation Notice:
We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. This allows us to accommodate other guests effectively.
No-Show Policy:
If you do not arrive for your reservation and fail to inform us in advance, it may affect your ability to make future bookings.
Event Bookings:
For large group or event reservations, a deposit may be required. This deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the event.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Please note that we reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
